API (Application Program Interface)

The means by which the LeadDolphin system communicates and shares data with our integration partners, including billing and client marketing channels and other 3rd party partners.


Appointment Reminders

These are SMS or Email reminders sent to a guest that are trigged by a specific event, i.e, when an appointment is made.


Auto Respond Email

Customized email to a lead, trigged as a response to a webform or echo (lead generation form) submission. 


"Be Back"

Denotes an appointment that is coming back into the gym for possible membership


Calendar

Schedules lead follow-up for specific sales representatives that sync with the Daily Agenda.


Campaign

The vehicle used to deliver an email or SMS template to the defined audience at on a predetermined day (days). Can be set for drip sequence or bulk send.


Daily Agenda

The Daily Sonar Agenda Dashboard enables your sales reps to track lead encounters, view daily action items, see the complete profile of all individual leads that are scheduled for followup calls for, see any past activity that has occurred. The Agenda show, today's, tomorrow, and late action items.

 

Echo Campaign (Digital Lead Generation Forms)

Custom Lead Generation Forms or "ECHO" that can be posted on social media channels, websites or for use with face to face sales interactions by sales staff to canvas crowds at events to collect lead information that can be fed directly into the LeadDolphin Lead Dashboard.


 

Entry Source
This data will appear on the LeadDolphin Lead Dashboard, showing how the lead entered the system, ie, api, data track, echo form submission, etc.


Drip Campaign

The vehicle used to deliver a email or SMS/Text to reach your audience on particular days after they enter LeadDolphin or have a change in their Lead Status. These campaigns can be set up for drip sequence, bulk send or one-off send, depending on the objective.

 

DGR (Digital Guest Register)

The digital page guest needs to sign to confirm acceptance of the waiver. This could be via an iPad at the entrance.

The guest waiver provides a permanent digital record of the guest’s signed liability wavier within their lead profile.


Lead Dashboard

Provides a complete view of the profile of all individual leads, entry sources, lead sources, sales rep assignments and lead statuses.  It also provides a launching pad for assigning, bulk or individual campaigns, and bulk or individual sales rep assignments. 


Lead Source

Provides you with information regarding the different media and networking channels that your client used in finding your club. (i.e, Facebook, landing pages, etc.)


Lead Status

  • Member/Client Someone who has purchased a membership
  • Lead Someone who has never been to your club but was entered as a referral, through the website, promotion, lead box, etc.
  • Missed Guest/Missed Tour Someone that has been to your club but did not become a member or do a guest/paid pass
  • Guest Pass Someone who has been given a free trial
  • Paid Pass Paid Trial Membership
  • Pending Anyone not added to a direct lead funnel
  • Alumni Someone that has an expired, canceled, or pending canceled membership
  • Archived Lead Someone that does not have adequate contact information on their profile, has a duplicate profile, or does not wish to be contacted.

MAB (Master Appointment Book)

A process driven guide for confirming membership appointments, which allows for a checks and balance system to ensure the sales process has been completed.


Sonar 
Automated campaign system that allows you to create and schedule drip, send one-time bulk, or send one off e-mail, SMS and call campaigns to reach you defined audience.

Email Template

Where emails are created that will be assigned to a campaigns for drip sequence, bulk or one-off send


TI (Telephone Inquiry)

The Telephone Lead Capture Solution by providing staff with a custom script and allowing them to directly input lead information from incoming calls into the lead management system.

Who's "UP" next in the queue to take a lead or field a call. Puts the sales staff in a "round robin" cycle to receive incoming leads for followup.
