Sometimes something in your browser doesn't happen like you expect it to. One of the quickest and easiest things to do is to clear your browser's cache. This is a place the browser stores copies of the web pages you load to save time.

In addition to clearing cache below, you'll want to LOG OUT of your Lead Dolphin browser session and LOG BACK IN. Note: this doesn't mean just X'ing out of the browser window, logging out means clicking the Log Out button in the upper right.

On a Computer

To clear Google Chrome's cache, click the 3-dot menu button in the upper right of the browser.

Select "Settings" from this menu.

If you're not using Google Chrome as your browser, then see this page for help clearing the cache in your browser.

Now type "cache" in the search field at the top (#1) and Google will then highlight the location of the cache settings on this page. Click the "Clear browsing data..." button (#2).

Finally, we can clear the cache! Leaving the default of 'last hour' (#1) is fine, as is just having "Cached images and files" checked (#2).

Click the "Clear browsing data" button (#3).

Next, refresh the page you were having an issue with and see if that resolved your problem.

On a Tablet

The steps are similar.

  1. On your browser toolbar, tap the 3-dot icon .
  2. Tap History, and then tap Clear browsing data.
  3. Under "Clear browsing data," select the checkboxes for Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Tap Clear browsing data.
Because you're clearing cookies in this procedure, you'll just need to log back into the Lead Dolphin site.
