If you encounter a message that's been marked as 'cancelled' these are the reasons that may occur.
- recipient has opted-out of SMS
- invalid or missing phone number
- sending a custom message that’s empty
- Member is Pending Cancel
- Lead status is not member and 'Override SMS Protection’ is enabled in club settings
- The message is long, it split into a multi-message and the SMS delivery system may have faltered handling it
- invalid ‘from’ gym phone number
- SMS marketing is not enabled
