If you encounter a message that's been marked as 'cancelled' these are the reasons that may occur.



  1. recipient has opted-out of SMS
  2. invalid or missing phone number
  3. sending a custom message that’s empty
  4. Member is Pending Cancel 
  5. Lead status is not member and 'Override SMS Protection’ is enabled in club settings
  6. The message is long, it split into a multi-message and the SMS delivery system may have faltered handling it
  7. invalid ‘from’ gym phone number
  8. SMS marketing is not enabled
