One way of manually managing a lot of duplicate leads is to leverage the sorting capabilities of the lead dashboard.


  1. Go to the Lead Dashboard and configure the sorting (in the lower left) as follows:
  2. Click search, then scroll through the list and check off the duplicates you'd like to remove.


  3. Once you've gone through the first screenful of 50, scroll back to the top and select 'Modify entity values' from the Operations menu in the upper-right.

  4. After clicking 'execute,' you'll see this screen next. Select 'Lead Status' and then 'Archived Lead,' then click the Next button.

  5. Click 'confirm' then wait while those profiles are changed to a lead status of 'Archived lead.' This means that particular profile will no longer receive marketing emails or SMS.
