The Digital Guest Register, or DGR, is a way to have your club's guests enter their information and sign a waiver. Anyone who signs the DGR will appear with an entry source of "Guest Waiver" on the Latest Lead Status page for the club.

Here is a typical DGR page with three options, new guest or returning guests of two types.

Regardless of which button you click, you're presented with a way to see if you're already in the club's database. Enter your email address, phone number or barcode (if available) and click Search.

If the search does not turn up any results, simply click "Continue' to move to the next screen.

If the search turns up a record for your email/phone/barcode, then it'll look like this (below). To continue, click on your name.

Next, is the information screen. Fill it out as much as you'd like.

If any of the fields you've omitted are actually required, then the next button won't be clickable. It'll look like this:

Otherwise, if the form has all required fields completed, then the next button will be clickable.

Finally, you'll be presented with the waiver form. Sign the agreement within the signature box (using the mouse on a desktop computer or just signing with your finger if this is on a tablet).and click Done.

Notice the "Start Over' button in the lower left... you can always use that button to reset the form and go back to the first page of the DGR.
