Leads can be added by the Digital Guest Register (DGR) or with the Add Lead button.
Digital Guest Register (DGR)
The Digital Guest Register, or DGR, is a way to have your club's guests enter their information and sign a waiver.
● If you click "I'm a New Guest" then you're presented with a form crafted by the club with the fields in which they're interested in collecting data. A New Guest has not been to your club before.
● If you click "I'm a returning guest," you'll be presented with this form in which you can enter your phone number or email address in order to match you with your existing profile. A returning guest has already signed the DGR as a new guest and is returning as a pass, paid pass, etc.
● Your club may have a Premium Guest option as well.
● Once you fill out the form, check the "I agree..." box and sign within the signature box (using the mouse on a desktop computer or just signing with your finger if this is on a tablet). Click Submit and you're done!
● Pre-existing profiles will merge by email address when the lead comes through the DGR
Add Lead Button/Manual
Add A lead can manually be added with the Add Lead button on your toolbar.
Enter contact info. Name, email address, cell phone number, zip code, etc. You can source or add tags for filtering.
