The Digital Guest Register, or DGR, is a way to have your club's guests enter their information and sign a waiver. Anyone who signs the DGR will appear with an entry source of "Guest Waiver" on the Latest Lead Status page for the club.
Here is a typical DGR page with two options, new guest or returning guest.
If you click "I'm a New Guest" then you're presented with a form crafted by the club with the fields in which they're interested in collecting data. Some typical fields include those below.
If you click "I'm a returning guest," you'll be presented with this form in which you can enter your phone number or email address in order to match you with your existing profile.
Once you fill out the form, check the "I agree..." box and sign within the signature box (using the mouse on a desktop computer or just signing with your finger if this is on a tablet). Click Submit and you're done!
