The reporting page is very customizable and can be tailored to view only the data in which you're interested. It will show metrics for all the clubs to which you have access. If your club uses a metric that isn't displayed, contact your Lead Dolphin account manager and we can discuss adding it to the Reports page.
General Report Description
One of the reports, Memberships, is broken down here:
- Name of the report
- Download buttons for Excel or CSV files
- Each row is a club ("Example" in the screenshot below)
- Numbers that are clickable will drill down to a Lead Dashboard page with the filters configured to display the metric. For example, clicking on the "335" will load a lead dashboard showing the 335 members for MTD (month to date).
How are the columns calculated?
Each column heading has a popup metric description box that appears when you hover the cursor over it. In the example below, when you hover over the "MTD" column heading, then the metric description appears, "Appointments created this month."
