How to add a referral

1.Adding a referral is easy. Just click on the Referral Form button in the main menu toolbar to bring up the page for this.

Note: at this point, you can bookmark this Referral Form page and use it anywhere without having to login using your Lead Dolphin account.

2. Next, enter your phone number, email address or barcode (barcode is club dependent) to register who YOU are. Click the Lookup My account button and in a few seconds your user account should appear. Click the radio button next to your name. This needs to happen before you can start entering contact info for the folks you're referring.

Note: If the email or phone as the referrer isn't resulting in the proper name because, perhaps, they were added as a fast add, then the new member should use their barcode to search.

3. Now the fun part, entering your friends' contact info! Fill out as many lines as you want and click the <Add Referrals> button at the bottom.

You need to submit at least an email address OR a phone number for each person before the form will let you submit.

How do I craft an email, SMS or campaign with a link?

1. Follow steps 1 & 2 above.

2. Copy the URL from your browser and paste that into an email, SMS or campaign template.

You can shorten the URL using a service like http://bit.ly or leave it as is and paste into your one-off email or campaign template.
