Follow-ups will appear on your club's homepage and you can choose to act on any that appear right there by clicking the Follow-Up button next to each one.
To create a campaign with follow-ups
- Click on Sonar Campaigns from the main menu
Click the Create a Sonar Campaign button.
Now you'll be presented with the Edit Campaign page. It's divided into three tabs, 1. Setup, 2. Audience and 3. Content.
On the first tab, Setup, enter a campaign title for it.
Best Practice: When naming campaigns stick with a format of "Action Type - Lead status, Day counts." For example, in the screenshot below, this campaign, "Followup-Lead day 0, 1, 7, 14," is a follow-up, that works when a prospect becomes a lead, and will trigger on day 0 (immediately), and days 1, 7 and 14.Also on the Setup tab, select the club locations in which this campaign will trigger (see screenshot above). You can select multiple clubs by holding down the <ctrl> key (on Windows) while clicking each club. (Press <command> on a Mac.)
Next, click on the Audience tab and choose the recipients of this campaign.
In this example, when a prospect is created, this new lead will trigger the campaign. Note: when you change the options on this page, the helper text in green updates dynamically to reflect the selections you've made in clear language.Next, select the final tab, Content. Here you'll select Follow-up as the type, and enter the day delay.
You can add as many items as you like to this content tab by clicking the Add Another Item button at the bottom. So in the example screenshot from step three, we have four day delays listed, 0, 1, 7 and 14. You would click the Add Another Item button three times to bring the total items on this tab to four.
Note: a delay of 0 means that the content is triggered immediately. A delay of 1 means the day after the lead is created another follow-up will occur.

When you're done with configuring your campaign, be sure to click the Save button in the lower left of the page. Don't forget, otherwise your work will be lost!
Edit a campaign
Clone a campaign
You'll notice a Clone link to the right of Edit. This lets you make an identical campaign--useful when you want something nearly identical that you can edit and tweak in some other way (leaving the original untouched).
Delete a campaign
Lastly, you can delete campaigns by, umm, clicking the Delete link. But we didn't have to spell that out, did we?
