How frequently will my Google Calendar update to reflect the Lead Dolphin calendar?

Unfortunately Google's Calendar functionality is a bit hit or miss in this regard. Some observers have suggested Google updates every few hours, but Google themselves quote it may take up to 12 hours, although in in exceptional cases we have seen it take as long as 48 hours.

By way of some background, the way an ical feed works is that your calendar application (Google in this case) which periodically requests an update of the information from Lead Dolphin. Lead Dolphin does not push the event data to you calendar, it's your calendar that requests it from Lead Dolphin.

Although Google updates the calendar automatically from the Lead Dolphin feed, the timescales for this are somewhat unclear and there is no manual way to force the update. Well, actually, there is, but it remains to be seen if it actually does anything. Click More in the upper right, then click Refresh.
