The Daily Agenda is where you can see all your appointments and calls in one report. 

  1. The tabs in the upper left let you filter the view by date. The Late tab will show items older than yesterday.
  2. You can change the view from the default of All Sales Reps to an individual sales rep by choosing them from the dropdown on the right. To switch back to a complete agenda including everyone's calls and appointments, click on the - All Sales Reps - option in the dropdown.
  3. If you click on the lead's name in the left most column, you'll be taken to the Lead Profile page where you can update that lead's information.
  4. If you click on the Edit button to the right of a lead, you can quickly and conveniently edit call information without requiring a browser refresh.


FOLLOWUPS

When you click the Edit button to the right of an appointment (#4 above) you'll see the following screen where you can select a tab for the kind of interaction you want to have with the user. 


EMAIL

You can shoot off a quick email right from this screen. 


CALL
Or leave notes on the Call tab if you called the individual. 



APPOINTMENT
And lastly leave notes on the Appointment tab regarding the outcome of an appointment they had (or didn't have, as the case may be).
