The Master Appointment Book, or MAB, is your interface for managing your lead processing schedule.


The search section allows for careful filtering of the leads. You can search for an individual person, search by date, and by status. You can also limit the leads to those of a specific sales representative.



Each entry for a lead holds a wealth of information. 

  • The first red arrow indicates the status of the lead. See here for a list of the various lead status
  • Below the first red arrow is the sales rep to which the lead is connected
  • In the bottom left, is a space in which to add notes for the lead
  • The appointment activity section on the right lets you track confirmations at three stages
  • You can also set the lead status of the lead (right arrow)
