The Lead Dashboard is the heart of the LD system.  Please run through the list below to familiarize yourself with the dashboard and how it works.   


The following exercise will help you  to better understand how the Lead Dashboard and Lead Profile function.  


1. Add Example Lead

2. Apply Sales Rep From Home Page

3. Find Example Lead on the Daily Agenda

4. Click Example Name to Enter Profile

5. Enter Comment with Outcome (save)

6. Go to Back to the Daily Agenda and Edit Example Lead Off the List as Contacted
