LeadDolphin offers you a choice of how to communicate with your Leads and Members.  You can assign a drip campaign with various messages set to go out on specified days or you can send a bulk campaign to a targeted subset of your leads and members or personalized messages to individual leads/members.  The following information will provide you with several ways to communicate using our campaign feature.  


SENDING BULK EMAIL CAMPAIGNS: 

  • Go to your Lead Dashboard 
  • Filter by Date, Lead Status, and PT Status (if applies) 
  • Select all by checking top box (and all rows), or select profiles individually 
  • In the OPERATIONS FIELD, click the drop down box and select “Assign Leads to a Campaign” 
  • Click “Execute”
  • Check box of the desired template to be assigned
  • Click “Next” (bottom right)
  • Confirm  

Campaigns will be assigned and sent!


Email Campaigns can be programed to be sent on designated days after a Lead/Member has been generated.

  • Click on Email Tab at the bottom of Client/Lead Profile to see assigned emails and SMS (they will show a pending, delivered or canceled status)
