1. Click Team Members in the main menu
  2. Click Edit Employee Profile (not Edit User Account) 
  3. Click Email Settings in the left navigation column.
  4. In the Email Signature field, compose your signature, or press <control><shift><v> if pasting in text from Microsoft Word.
  5. Save.



To add an image to your signature

  1. To add an image, click on the image icon in the toolbar

  2. Click on Browse Server on the next dialog box
  3. Click Upload, and from here it should be simple to select your image and upload it to the server
  4. Then click on the newly uploaded image file name in the upper right-column, this displays the image in the bottom of the dialog box. Click on the image and that'll import it into your email signature.
