The TI form (telephone inquiry) replaces a club’s current paper log system by allowing the direct input of incoming calls into the lead management system.
- Use this feature to record TI’s and launch them into the Lead Dolphin system as a lead
- Copy the URL for the TI page and save it as a shortcut on all the computers in your club to be accessed when a TI is answered
- Enter in the TI’s information into the boxes provided
- The TI will then appear in the “results” folder on the TI page as well as in your latest lead status with the TI icon
- Any information obtained from guideline, post into their profile comments after it is created.
